What do you like best? Simplicity and represents great value for the investment. What do you dislike? The product could be more intuitive and the skin / wrapper is a little dated. Combination of Slack and Trello but with some features redacted

What do you like best? The seamless integration of task management and communications in one window. What do you dislike? Online status does not really reflect the current status of the user. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to replace or totally remove the use of emails for internal communications and task management.

Ryver on PC and mobile

What do you like best? Display of presence is good and consistent. Ability to separate out teams and groups is useful What do you dislike? On mobile, when you start typing a new line, the last word from the previous line (before anything is typed - so its not autocompletion or anything like that) is automatically entered - which is very frustrating - doesn't happen on PC What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? more effective communications

What do you like best? I love the threaded conversations. Keeping conversations and related documents in their own place by using topics helps me keep things organized. This means more productive time for my teammates rather than catch-up time trying to find things. What do you dislike? I wish there was a central team "hub" or board where we could see everything laid out. I also find the lack of advanced notification controls challenging. What do you like best? Features/Functions that are very versatile. Good UI/UX that even though most of the users are insufficient in English language but they can manage to use the software. Unlimited data upload limit. Topic/Task functions. What do you dislike? User rights/authorization and tracking need to be improved - the users if they edit there's no way we know the messages/comments/input are edited. Photos are uploaded but there's no gallery feature.
