Best substitute for the top communication platforms

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It works as a dependable tool for communication with tons of useful features. It has reliable security barriers too since anybody needs to get admin approval to enter our hub. This leaves unauthorized people unable to infiltrate our company privacy. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Ryver can only send one file on each message. Thus, it is quite inconvenient to send a few files to anybody. What specific ...

Smooth implementation and use for small groups

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We’ve gone through seamless integration because Ryver easily catered most of the platforms we’re already using, and that’s because of its amazing API. This helps us easily spread information among team members about events or project status. Yes, Ryver has some flaws, but its developers are doing great in boosting the tool through regular updates. And Ryver comes in amazingly affordable packages than other popular options too. ...

Complete messaging app, handles all essential projects for a team

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Stellar ease of integration, use and customizability, plus it allows everybody in our team to easily share files such as photos and documents. It features a fabulous UI that supports seamless navigation for users too. I generally have great user experience with this app, especially that it has improved our operations and collaborative work as a team. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It consumes too much time ...

Suitable for students to use

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We find the dashboard for topics very useful since we can use it for discussions. We can make topics in advance for future discussions too. And we don’t need to worry about such topics being buried by random messages. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It cannot handle voice messages. I hope it would work for audio as well, similar to how other tools function. What specific problems in your company were solved ...

Perfect for project management and team communication

What do you like best? Our team uses Ryver to manage and communicate about projects remotely, and to make sure we stay on top of critical tasks. We love the simple but sophisticated interface, and the versatility of Ryver. We use it seamlessly as a web-based portal, using the desktop client and on the mobile App. It's beautifully designed and essential to our workflow. I've used Asana too, but vastly prefer Ryver. What do you dislike? There's nothing to dislike. If I were to add ...

Excellent for students!

What do you like best? The topics pane is the most useful part of our discussions where we can keep discussions for posterity without getting lost in messages What do you dislike? Lovely app, but I wish I could send voice-memos in-app just like in Whatsapp and Telegram. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When students need to find past discussions, and cannot keep tabs on ongoing discussions, the topics pane is the best for us.

We love Ryver and keeps getting better and better

What do you like best? - I love the privacy and control it provides my organization. - All in one tool for internal communications and management - The tasks and topics serves us as a wiki for documentation - Having several teams and forums with the team of teams approach is amazing - Unlimited users is a such a game changer, we use Ryver during implementations and many customers have signed up to their own Ryver after we are done. What do you dislike? - Voice is ...

Very user friendly

What do you like best? The desktop app is really user friendly, easy to get the hang of. I love that there is spell check and the task management function. What do you dislike? I have not come accross a downside yet, I accidently just push the call button way to often. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Inviting collegues to tasks have made my life a whole lot simpler.

Best bang for your SMB bucks!

What do you like best? Ryver's pricing point is unbeatable. $99 a month for unlimited users and storage made it a no-brainer decision to migrate from Hipchat. Other corporate messaging services with a per user/per month scheme were just too much for our budget. Also, web and native interfaces make it a breeze to implement. No need to wait for a deployment, just point your browser to a URL and you are there. What do you dislike? I wish audio/video conferencing and screen sharing ...

The platform we need for communication and project tracking

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Ryver is a lot better than other tools that serve similar purposes because of its easy to use but simple interface. It runs efficiently on PC and mobile as well, so we don’t experience troubles when using it as an online dashboard for our operations. It helps us keep in touch with co-workers from great distances, and helps us handle difficult projects efficiently. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I wish for ...
