"Giving our employees the voice they want"

What do you like best about Rungway? Rungway has been great for our employees across the business, at all levels and locations to be able to speak up and connect. This has been even more important during the Coronavirus lockdown period where face to face meetings or informal conversations are unable to happen. The ability for people to pose questions or responses anonymously has been great to encourage those discussions about sensitive topics that wouldn't have otherwise happened.

What do you like best about Rungway? Allows employees to get the help they need when they need it. Its not confined to the advice of one line manager but provides access to the wisdom of the whole organisation and allows interaction between juniors and seniors that is not easy in day to day work. "Game changing software for the 21st Century Workplace"

What do you like best about Rungway? From its introduction into the organisation, Rungway has constantly improved in its design and user experience. This materially helps employee engagement and usage. As for the core purpose, the tool is facilitating critical conversations that just don't happen in the modern, fast pace, dynamic workplace; its the watercooler/agony aunt/trusted advisor/best friend at work and all online!
