What do you like best about Rungway? Rungway has been great for our employees across the business, at all levels and locations to be able to speak up and connect. This has been even more important during the Coronavirus lockdown period where face to face meetings or informal conversations are unable to happen. The ability for people to pose questions or responses anonymously has been great to encourage those discussions about sensitive topics that wouldn't have otherwise happened.

Its not confined to the advice of one line manager but provides access to the wisdom of the whole organisation and allows interaction between juniors and seniors that is not easy in day to day work.
