"A great platform to share experiences and raise important questions"

What do you like best about Rungway? I am a new Rungway user and have found the platform to be extremely useful in understanding the firm's culture. It has been great to read about the experiences of colleagues across the firm over lockdown and key takeways from these experiences as we move towards heading back to the office. I also find it an engaging platform to raise questions around sensitive topics such as career mobility, race and social issues.

What do you like best about Rungway? It's very easy to use and intuitive. I've learnt a lot from questions on there whether posted by me or others in the company. I think the anonymity function is very helpful - especially for those early in their career in that it can make asking difficult questions a lot easier.

What do you like best about Rungway? What I like best about Rungway is the option that people have to post things anonymously. Being able to be anonymous empowers people to be more honest in their posts - which range from questions to suggestions to expressions of joy and pride or frustration. This platform allows employees to engage with each other and get help and support from anyone in the firm without having to work too hard to get it.

What do you like best? Rungway has been great for our employees across the business, at all levels and locations to be able to speak up and connect. This has been even more important during the Coronavirus lockdown period where face to face meetings or informal conversations are unable to happen. The ability for people to pose questions or responses anonymously has been great to encourage those discussions about sensitive topics that wouldn't have otherwise happened.

What do you like best about Rungway? The ability to drive engagement and build a community through a platform for discussion and knowledge sharing. This has been particularly critical during the current working from home environment. It also provides a fantastic opportunity for two-way interaction with and access to senior leadership. Additionally, the team at Rungway have also been incredibly helpful in allowing us to create bespoke micro-sites that are business or network specific
