Great company to work with
What do you like best? Everything in one place with easy access. I can pull reports as far back as needed. Everything is in one place. What do you dislike? Issues with updating passwords. It makes me go through twice and locks me out each time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems and we like everything together and the easy people to work with.

Easy, Powerful, Great Investment
What do you like best? When it comes to processing payroll, I've always believed it is best to partner with an expert. ADP RUN is that expert. I don't have to worry about filing returns or calculating withholding, etc. What do you dislike? The interface takes some getting used to. Seems a bit dated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time savings. Accuracy improvements.

All the Features w/ an Easy Interface
What do you like best? Its very simple to set up your company and run payroll. I've used ADP's premier product, Workforce Now, and I am quite surprised at how many features are in the small to mid-sized business platform, RUN. What do you dislike? If you have a larger enterprise and need benefits management, recruiting features, and performance management you need to move up to a higher platform. A huge time-saver!
What do you like best? As someone who doesn't have a financial or accounting background, but who has found themselves in charge of payroll and other financial book-keeping, RUN has been a big time-saver for my work. ADP's RUN is a solid choice.
What do you like best? I appreciate the ease of use and their responsive support system. What do you dislike? I have no actual complaints about ADP's payroll and retirement services. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use ADP's Run program to manage our payroll and retirement services, and it has been a much easier process than our prior payroll/retirement provider.
