Excellent, well priced product does it all!
What do you like best? The portal is very user friendly. They are always making very well though out updates that just make things easier. What do you dislike? What do you like best? They are always helpful with all questions. They are helping with reports whenever I need them. They are reasonably priced for all that they do. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Covid 19 has presented many hurdles along the way and ADP has helped us conquer all of them!

So simple to use!
What do you like best? RUN is so easy to use and the software is very intuitive. What do you dislike? No issues at all. I don't have any complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to run payroll and access our tax paperwork easily.

Great software program for payroll!
What do you like best? The best quality about Run is that it is user friendly. It is easy to process payroll through the system, and I have not experienced glitches in the 3+ years that I have used it. What do you dislike? The only issue I have experienced is that sometimes payroll summaries do not display correctly as a PDF after downloading them. We had some concerning on boarding issues however, they worked with us to make things right.
