Excellent company with quality professionals ready to assist
What do you like best? Whenever I call ADP, I receive prompt assistance specific to my questions. What do you dislike? Lengthy wait times in the queue or call back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to run reports, enter and submit payroll. It was also valuable in regards to the PPP grant and all of the applications process.

ADP Run is a great product for small to medium sized businesses with an easy user interface.
What do you like best? Customer support when you need help is very good. What do you dislike? Wish there was more flexible reporting options. A report builder would be nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a very reliable payroll processing service from a well established and trusted company.

Easy to Use Payroll Processing
What do you like best? The ease of use to prepare my weekly payroll. What do you dislike? I dislike that if you make a mistake, you do not get anytime to edit a payroll. I also think that it is a bit expensive for something that I am mainly doing myself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer have to do payroll tax reports or payments.

RUN by ADP Makes Payroll Simple
What do you like best? Time Management by ADP tracks our employees' time and the hours are automatically uploaded and calculated. I have used the "CHAT" feature twice during payroll preparation and while I was logged on. I got the help I needed very quickly. I love this feature as it eliminates calling for help and wait time. What do you like best? My favorite is the customer service from the actual agents I encounter on the phone. While helping me with updating employee information, my agent Louisa uncovered a mistake I made in payroll that would have given me a lot of headaches if left unfound. What do you like best? Straightforward entries. No complicated links to follow. What do you dislike? Calling for assistance in the middle of the day requires a long waiting time. Early morning is best. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ADP has help negotiate issues with unemployment, resolving employee changes. What do you like best? Ease of use. Entering payroll hours, adding/deleting employees, PTO tracking. What do you dislike? The only thing I would change about Run, is to have the ability to automatically approve payroll in advance for the day before my payday. I complete my payroll 3-4 days in advance of the approval date. I don't approve on that date so as to not have payroll funds subtracted from my bank account.
