Hands down the best backup product I have used

What do you like best? Ease of use and speed of backups/recovery is a real plus. The search on the web interface is also one of the best I have used and works really well. What do you dislike? Cost a lot but still worth it with the features it offers. Could offer more in the way of e-mail reports. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provides us with streamlined restores on user files or virtual machines when we encounter issues.

Painless to setup and manage

What do you like best? The quick setup to get the product to work as well as the painless steps to get software updates. Support is great if you have a question or have a problem.
