What do you like best? The ability to set so many different rules that matter to me. Delivery windows, traffic speeds, delivery lengths, start times. Theres nothing that you can't customize What do you dislike? Some of the sorting in the customer section is not functional. Perfect program to organize my delivery routes

What do you like best? It is so simple to use. And, when my boss gives me last minute additions I can enter them into my route without worrying that I will waste time backtracking. What do you dislike? I find I have to toggle back and forth between pages in customer profiles in order to see all of the entries. Gets the job done

What do you like best? Can keep track of pick ups my drivers need to do, and have done. What do you dislike? No actual like-tracking of drivers real time location. Only shows last completed stop as last known location What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accountability for completed stops and with the notes feautre, drivers are able to let us know exactly what was picked up at each location.
