Exceptional software for route optimization - fool proof

What do you like best? Incredibly fast, flexible, easy to use. I can control the distribution of stops to specific trucks. I can control the traffic. I can instantly see how changes in routing impacts milage. I can adjust at an individual stop level start and stop time as well as duration. What do you like best? We love being able to send routes and updates to our drivers effortlessly. Routific has taken the headache out of coordinating routes and making last minutes changes. What do you dislike? In places with poor cell service it can sometimes be challenging for our drivers to access their routes. What do you like best? Its easy to use and scaleable. Has a lot of nice functionalities that allows us to diversify our choice of transportation. Really good customer service. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the feature that automatically texts the clients with updates on the driver ETA and once their packages are delivered. It provides ease and efficiency for everyone rather than manually contacting each client before and after a stop. We only have a few drivers, so it's great that we are charged by the number of vehicles. Routific also optimizes the routes by your choice of timing or distance traveled, doing all the work for us! What do you like best? The app's interface is very simple to both use and understand. Also, because of the simplicity of the interface, it's easy to go "from 0 to sixty" even if you never used a similar app. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It saves me so much time putting together our routes. It is pretty simple and has several options for any business. What do you dislike? I wish the solution excel page could be permanently adjusted. I have to re-arrange it every night to fit my purposes. What do you like best? The ability to add (and delete) stops and drivers on the fly as the day progresses. What do you dislike? Sometimes when we have technical issues with Routific, it takes a while before a rep is able to respond to our questions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The time it takes me to creates the routes everyday have decreased dramatically. With Routific, I have more time to manage the fleet and the drivers.

What do you like best? We love not having to determine the order of our routing. This saves us so much time and energy! What do you dislike? Our experience with the system is that our drivers are almost always ahead of the given Routific schedule. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
