"Complicated Integration, Unreliable and Difficult, to Use"

What do you like best about ROUTEE? It does not provide value for the money. The support they provide is cumbersome needs to be with a team to help resolve any issues that come up. The user interface needs to cleaned it negatively impact the user experience because this platform is not user friendly. What do you dislike about ROUTEE?
