What do you like best about Route? Their customer service is fast and they are very helpful. I had a package that was marked as delivered but never arrived and they made sure I received a refund for the order.

What do you like best about Route? I ordered from JLuxLabel and attached Route to my purchase. Although, the item didn't show up, after contacting route and waiting the appropriate amount of days I had a resolution with my money returned promptly.
