As a native application on the salesforce.com cloud platform, it is a straight-forward project to deploy Revenova TMS (transportation management system) alongside to provide an integrated freight quoting, tracking and management solution. What do you like best? Absolutely nothing is good about Rootstock, the software is clunky and the people are very ignorant. What do you dislike? They have a very convincing sales process for manufacturers like ourselves with visuals on how they'll solve all your operational problems, but in actual fact, it is a very clunky outdated system with a very incapable implementation team. What do you like best? Notes section in the RMA screen. Serial number tracking. What do you dislike? Having to type in a part number, go to engineering item master->inventory->inventory quantities just to figure out what we have on the shelf. "Gets the job done"

What do you like best? The fact that it’s in the cloud and can be accessed anywhere. What do you dislike? It’s sometimes buggy. It’s also pretty slow so doing tasks requires patience. Not sure if that’s a salesforce issue or RS coding issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solved trying to track our inventory and builds.

What do you like best? Customization is not necessary. Most things can be accomplished via configuration settings. What do you dislike? The product seems to be built for manufacturing organization and does not natively support services.
