What do you like best about Rootstock Cloud ERP? Rootstock was very easy to learn. I did not have much experience with other ERP systems and Rootstock is very logical system. IF you follow the training and successfully enter and clean your data, the system flows and you can access the data from various avenues. "An user friendly, reliable system for manufacturing business user"

What do you like best? Cloud-based System. User friendly UI. Responsive and helpful Support team. Overall good user experience. Having Asian languages support that user in Japan operate natively. What do you dislike? A minor browser issue. Lightning Experience sometime not work well with Mac OS Safari (Ver 13), not system issue but caused by Safari aggressively blocked pop-up window. What do you like best? We use all of Rootstock's modules. We have found that their MRP system is second to none. We love using Salesforce Reporting to access every bit of production, costing, and inventory data. Their support never ceases to amaze us--they just understand manufacturing. What do you like best? The fact that Rootstock works with Salesforce was a large plus. Rootstock Tech Support has become great to work with for issues that may arise. What do you dislike? Resource center could be stronger when you want to figure out how to fix something. They have made strong improvements in this area so far.
