What do you like best? RoomKey is very intuitive and easy to pick up. The software offers free training videos to help get you accustomed to the processes that are involved in using RoomKey PMS effectively. I really enjoy the fact that RoomKey can be used on laptops and other mobile devices which doesn't limit it to just being used at the front desk. What do you like best? I like the opening screen and the ability to see all of the in house, arrivals, and departures easily in one place, and also the easy ability for loading groups and reporting capabilities. What do you dislike? I don't like that when searching through inventory, you can't do anything else, and that it has a hard time with checking multiple dates, so it's usually easier to exit out and restart when checking rates and availability for multiple date options. ...

What do you like best? The housekeeping functions were particularly useful and help our housekeeping team coordinate with other departments regarding room availability. What do you dislike?
