What do you like best? I like that I can track my referrals on a daily basis, I am able to see how the candidates are progressing through the hiring process without bothering the recruiting team. Easy to use

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to search and navigate. What do you dislike? I think the interface could be a little more modern looking What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it easy for me to see what kinds of jobs are available in the company. It's nice to have that visibility, especially if friends are job hunting.

Easy to work with !

What do you like best? Very easy to understand, flexible, nice webpage. What do you dislike? As a Recruiter, sometimes people have issues refering people. Looks like it's a bug in the system sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before, we were using another platform and definetly, rolepoint is much better for the employees. I have seen less employees coming to me asking for questions about how to refer.

What do you like best? It's very user friendly and easy to explain to new employees. I work in Talent Acquisition so it's important that our referral tool be easy and fun to use. Easy to Refer and Manage the Candidate Experience

What do you like best? Easy to search for jobs and the leader board drives a sense of internal competition. What do you dislike? Not as much transparency into the applicant journey process as I would prefer. Not sure if that's a result of the set-up, however. What problems are you solving with the product? Almost all our hires are through our Referral Program

What do you like best? I like receiving the automatic reminders, being able to check on the status (and rewards!) of the people I've already referred, and I can do it all from my phone which is great What do you dislike? What do you like best? They automate campaigns (very easy to run). What do you dislike? Reporting functionality/search is just not there. It is incredibly hard to pull stats and numbers. Its another application that people need login credentials with, and just another product to keep track of.
