What do you like best? I like that when I'm prospecting I can find multiple contacts within a given company What do you dislike? Sometimes the info isn't there/up to date. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to quickly find contact info, allowing me to prospect more efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best? RocketReach has been an invaluable tool to me to help find missing email addresses. I use the system in conjunction with LinkedIn and it helps me fill in the missing pieces. I love the fact that I can see all of the previous email addresses and learn more about the person. What do you like best? RocketReach enabled me to find a low-cost tool that was easy to navigate and had an excellent population of data. The additional filters make it easy for me to find a company or type of person I am looking for. I can also assign contacts as 'my contacts' so I can view who I pulled out of the system earlier. Great sales tool
What do you like best? I’m a big fan of the ease of use. Not to mention the accuracy of contacts I receive from the platform far outweigh that of competitors in the marketplace. What do you dislike? The cost has gone up over time. I was early adopter, but that’s the name of the game with SaaS so not a huge deal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes it easy to to find difficult-to-find people
What do you like best? I like that I can find about 80 percent of the people I need to find. What do you dislike? Sometimes the filters aren't great. I wish the filters were easier to use, especially when it comes to finding full names. It feels a bit wonky and often takes multiple tries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding people, especially in the media, who are often elusive.

Useful, but difficult to learn and integrate.
What do you like best? The plugin for LinkedIn and Websites works very well. What do you dislike? Searching using the UI is difficult, not a good way to search for company information, and does not integrate well with Zapier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding contact info. Been pretty good at that.
