RocketReach is not worth the money

What do you like best? RocketReach provides a very valuable service. i like the Chrome extension that makes it easy to look up contact information. What do you dislike? 1) They provide personal email addresses which are not acceptable for business outreach and you are charged for them with no way to avoid them once you select "Get Contact". 2) they are completely unwilling to refund credits for bad information offering only the excuse of "That's just the way it works" 3) There are ...

Fave business data tool

What do you like best? Really like the plugin but my favourite part is the actual platform itself - well organised and very easy to use both with and without linkedin urls. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have some issues with the chrome plugin working - but normally I use the platform anyway. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has been great and accurate for both emails and direct dials. Of all the data platforms I have used, ...

Cold Calling Tips

What do you like best? If you have a company name it searches for it. If you have the city there are better searches. This gives a sales person a fighting chance in the field. Rather then getting no where or a phone in the lobby , it gives you a start. This is like going into the site with a lead or a company name . The site gives almost every player that is involved in a sale or consultation. I think this could be used for every business that need contacts. It is almost like having a ...

Great tools but limited in terms of phone numbers

What do you like best? Direct details to C level profiles which were correct What do you dislike? The membership we subscribed to were quite limited and therefore this platform became frustrating to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Worth giving a shot but go for an extensive version What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expanding our data base

Rocket Reach is helpful to find addresses and keep all in one place.

What do you like best? The program is easy to use. Didn't need any instruction. What do you dislike? The cost is a little too much for me. Not sure how to create another address book. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to search for all emails all in one place.

Great Tool for crafting marketing email lists and verifying contact data.

What do you like best? I love the ease of use. The search feature is simple, and you can enter a lot of query fields to narrow things down. I also like that the "company" pages display the email format and give percentages of how many emails found follow that format (i.e. [email protected]) What do you dislike? The plans do limit the number of contacts you can pull, so if you're looking to pull a lot of emails, you'll have to go with one of the more premium ...

Denied Refund of Auto renew

What do you like best? Decent performance with a couple of unclear search features What do you dislike? I found the actual product to be average performance (3 of 5 stars) based although my assistant was able to find a couple of free options so I only needed the medium package. I still found it a bit overpriced (2 of 5 stars) for the number of lookups received. The main reason I am writing a review is due to the COVID-19 epidemic my business is super slow where I can not afford add ...
