Rocketlink seems almost abandoned, and has downtime

I'd like to share my experience using Rocketlink. First, I want to acknowledge that the tool has helpful features and is still functional. However, I've encountered some issues that have caused frustration. My biggest concern is the frequent downtime. RocketLink rocks!

RocketLink is one of the most useful marketing tools! It's so much more than a simple URL shortener, as I can add UTMs, targeting pixels, and even CTAs. We use it also to add a chatbox to the links we share online. RocketLinkis intuitive, and they have great customer support. I highly recommend it for every business :)
