"Shop around, there are better products out there."

What do you like best about Robin? Menus are easy to get around and user friendly. What do you dislike about Robin? Product delievered didn't meet requirements. Program is designed well for configurability. Seems like a program built by engineers with no real experience on managing offices or desk allotments. Operates in real-time

PROS: I like how the app allows you to handle multiple bookings as it is constantly updated in real time. Its integration with Microsoft calendar also assures you that each of your clients is notified. CONS: It is a bit disappointing that access with Microsoft calendar is limited to the availability of a time slot, constantly logging in and out of the app proves to be an inconvenience.

A great and powerful app despite its economic pricing

PROS: The things I like about Robin are its customizability, the easy and fast configuration, and the top-notch user experience it offers. CONS: Aspects of the management interface confound me but Robin is working on making it better.

Visually pleasing and easy-to-use interface

PROS: I find the app’s interface not only visually appealing but also practical, its interface is readable even at a distance. Its color coding makes the available rooms easy to spot for bookings. CONS: The app gets disconnected several times a day, hampering the flow of our operations. I also find it tedious to cancel schedules, which happens when the booking was prepared by another person.

A straightforward booking app

PROS: Booking rooms for our company became effortless when I started using this app, its visual indicators is straightforward and easy. Once you get to figure the app’s workings everything follows through smoothly. CONS: My only problem is its internet connectivity, the system fails to notify us if the unit gets disconnected.

"Simply the best"

What do you like best about Robin? The scheduling and assignment of workspace is as simple as ABC also it is easier for at the other person's end who is receiving requests. "Go-to companion for everything related to the office"

What do you like best about Robin? As an active user of meeting spaces in the office, having them organised and administered through Robin has been a delight. Previous room booking systems struggled from double-bookings and had a legacy feel to them - Robin on the other hand has a clean UI, some interesting analytics which are always engaging to check in on and is generally well integrated with the rest of the company e.g. contact info, admin etc. What do you dislike about Robin? "Robin - Great for hotdesking in 2020"

What do you like best about Robin? The simplicity of the interface and the ease of use. We are in an environment where everything is all done online and this is a great addition to the team in which we can effectively book rooms and desks while accessing the office. What do you like best about Robin? Millions of people need to find the right space that suits their personality types to perform different tasks. Robin is a great workplace management software. "You will love Robin too"

What do you like best about Robin? It is simple to book a room in just a couple of clicks with Robin. It shows in real time which rooms are available. What do you dislike about Robin? Would be good to have an alert when only 10% of rooms are left for booking.
