"Good for those that utilize it"

What do you like best about Robin? It was easy to see which desks were available. From a Management perspective, it was good to see which employees were choosing to work in pods. What do you dislike about Robin? Not great adoption. Due to less than capacity in our office, most people did not take the time to reserve their seats. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Reserving a room or seat for a specific reason like a meeting.

"Interactive and fun"

What do you like best about Robin? My favorite aspect of this app is the ability to see a map of your workplace. It allows you to see your office virtually, and chose a desk based on that information. What do you dislike about Robin? Sometimes I have issues accessing all of the rooms available in our office. Even though these spaces are registered on the software, sometimes my colleagues or I will not have access to certain rooms. Perhaps that is a permissions issue, however. What problems ...

"Great Tool for online booking!"

What do you like best about Robin? Its easy interface and speed of booking are awesome What do you dislike about Robin? Sometimes it takes time to find specific desks to book since it also shows common spaces What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? It helped me book a desk in busy offices

What do you like best about Robin? Easy to use for both employees & admin, good UI/UX. Flexible solution for implementing a step by step approach. What do you dislike about Robin? Zoom-in / Zoom-out does not adapt with the assets and identifications (work areas per example) proportionally. "Simple yet functional room booking solution with fantastic service"

What do you like best about Robin? Mobile app - clear, excellent UI and design, functional, easy to use, does exactly what's needed. Super important for end users. What do you dislike about Robin? Nothing I can think of - possibly easier method of inviting and integration with Outlook. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Hot desking environment requiring desk and room booking. Enable better use of space.

"Fantastic resources management tool"

What do you like best about Robin? The ability to create and design the building and space inside of it along with the minor details like no of desks and chairs is simply amazing. "Intuitive and Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Robin? It's easy to see my office at a glance, book a workstation, see where and when my team will be in the office, and plan my week or month around them. "Great app!"

What do you like best about Robin? The app is very intuitive and I love the ease of access/seeing where all my colleagues sit. I love the fact that I can reserve for multiple days at a time when I like the seat I'm in. What do you dislike about Robin? Sometimes it glitches.
