"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Robin? Easy to use. Nice to have web and mobile app. What do you dislike about Robin? Site can be to load at times. Booking multiple days not intuitive. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a hoteling setup for desks at our office. Robin helps us reserve desks easily.

"Creative and easy to use"

What do you like best about Robin? I like that I can view who will be in office on any given day, as well as the desk they are sitting at. What do you dislike about Robin? Nothing.The app has worked well at I can't complain. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Knowing if a meeting room will be open and if my manager is in that day.

"Easy navigation and great tool"

What do you like best about Robin? Floorplan look Navigation and tools are easy to use What do you dislike about Robin? You have to know where exactly to find things and it can take a long time to search if you don't remember. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Desk bookings and tracking of usage. SHowing floor to all staff and an overview of all the company's different offices.

"Simple to setup and use desk booking system"

What do you like best about Robin? Robin was suitable for our desk booking needs when setting up our new office, meeting most of our requirements. Once we decided to use the system, we found it easy to set up and required minimal user training. What do you dislike about Robin? There are a few improvements that I would like to see, such as the ability for admin level access to check-in bookings via the web interface with QR code setup, as well as implementing car and locker booking." What do you like best about Robin? - Robin has been super easy to use! -Robin has a clear goal in mind: to make the most of office usage, both for users and building managers. So far they have not introduced bloat; all of their tools have a clear purpose and work well together. "Robin is easy to use and helps managing the office"

What do you like best about Robin? It works on both computers and phones. With the stickers, it is straightforward to check-in. We can track who is or will be at the office, and it also matches our calendar for the meeting rooms booking.
