"Robin is easy to use and helps managing the office"

What do you like best about Robin? It works on both computers and phones. With the stickers, it is straightforward to check-in. We can track who is or will be at the office, and it also matches our calendar for the meeting rooms booking. "Good for those that utilize it"

What do you like best about Robin? It was easy to see which desks were available. From a Management perspective, it was good to see which employees were choosing to work in pods. What do you dislike about Robin? Not great adoption. Due to less than capacity in our office, most people did not take the time to reserve their seats. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Reserving a room or seat for a specific reason like a meeting.

"Great Tool for online booking!"

What do you like best about Robin? Its easy interface and speed of booking are awesome What do you dislike about Robin? Sometimes it takes time to find specific desks to book since it also shows common spaces What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? It helped me book a desk in busy offices

"Great help with change management towards Hybrid work mode"

What do you like best about Robin? Easy to use for both employees & admin, good UI/UX. Flexible solution for implementing a step by step approach. What do you dislike about Robin? Zoom-in / Zoom-out does not adapt with the assets and identifications (work areas per example) proportionally. "Intuitive and Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Robin? It's easy to see my office at a glance, book a workstation, see where and when my team will be in the office, and plan my week or month around them. Plus, it adds a layer of organization to our meeting and conference room booking system that didn't previously exist. I don't know how we lived without that booking element! "Great app!"

What do you like best about Robin? The app is very intuitive and I love the ease of access/seeing where all my colleagues sit. I love the fact that I can reserve for multiple days at a time when I like the seat I'm in. What do you dislike about Robin? Sometimes it glitches. Not a problem with the performance and lets me know who is already with a reservation What do you dislike about Robin? That does not connect with the site to reserve. "Great and easy to use."

What do you like best about Robin? That I see my colleagues' positions and what days do they come to the office without asking them! What do you dislike about Robin? The pop-up of sharing my booking. I don't think is useful. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Office seats now are hard to find as the company has grown a lot so it's easy to find a seat.
