What do you like best about Robin? Robin is a very user friendly application/ simple to learn. What do you dislike about Robin? As an administrator, I suggested to their development team that they create an option to be notified of bookings. Our company uses Robin to promote social distancing/ track our office usage during COVID, so I am consonantly logging in to check on the bookings. "Great for scheduling and reserving desks"

What do you like best about Robin? The ease of use and set up. We signed up for Robin due to the recent pandemic and the need for hoteled desks. Robin makes it super easy to block off desks and set up new meeting rooms or desks. There are a ton of features for you to recreate your office space and it is highly customizable. "Awesome software Easy to administer"

What do you like best about Robin? We like the ease of access when wanting assistance. The webpage dashboard is very informational. I love the weekly stats sent via email . This has been a great tool to use since Covid -19 . Looking further into the way finding and for hoteling option now. Robin support is always responsive to any issue and willing to help when an issue arise. The notifications we receive when a device is offline works awesome. What do you like best about Robin? Robin is a easy to use self navigating tool, which does not require training. I like best that the administration of the tool is also very easy and if you need support the account management and chat support is very hands-on. What do you like best about Robin? the simple interface. Nice and user-friendly. What do you dislike about Robin? I have not really had any issues. I would like to be able to book directly from the Ipad in front of the meeting rooms though. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? This app works perfectly to be able to see the availability of a conference room and makes calendar integration nice and easy.

"Great looking option for meeting rooms"

What do you like best? We chose Robin after evaluating other options because it was the easiest to use and integrated well with Office 365 What do you dislike? Not much. Occasionally we'll get some technical glitches, but it usually is fixed pretty quickly.
