What do you like best about Robin? Robin has made hot desking so easy. It's also made booking meeting rooms and parking spaces nice and simple. "Easy To Use Platform"

What do you like best about Robin? Very intuitive to use, that allows for simple and painless reserving of office space. Our firm recently moved to a "hoteling" office space that has limited offices and meeting rooms. The Robin platform was integrated to prevent duplicate reservations and to track the office traffic. What do you like best about Robin? its user-friendly interface and practical tools that make scheduling desks and spaces easy to use. What do you dislike about Robin? The reports sometimes don't provide all the information you need, and as a manager, you need to configure daily notifications. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? "Robin is cool"

What do you like best about Robin? Robin is quite easy to use and set up. It has built in features that other require additional payments for e.g. creating a map (which in fact is SUPER easy). I use it on a daily basis and both browser version and mobile app works great and haven;t faced any major issues while using it. "Robin has made it easy for our hybrid working environment"

What do you like best about Robin? It's easy to use, the app is really good but most of all we like the Slack integration and analytics. What do you dislike about Robin? I would say an easier way to report issues on the desk. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Booking desks that have different configurations across 3 locations

"Very user and admin friendly"

What do you like best about Robin? How easy it is to customize both your experience as an admin and crate a lay of the land as well as how easy it is for end users to maximize productivity with thi tool. "A big improvement on our existing booking system"

What do you like best about Robin? Intuitive, easy-to-navigate, booking confirmation is a big plus. What do you dislike about Robin? Nothing much really, the mobile version ould be better but I don't use it much on my phone. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Robin? Convenient way to track office use and make hybrid work possible. Customer support is always helpful and the interface is user friendly What do you dislike about Robin? Sometimes the app can be glitchy with updates What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? When working in an office where no one has their own designated desk, RObin makes it easy to book ahead of time and see who's in the office

"An excellent tool for desk bookings"

What do you like best about Robin? The floor plan is super intuitive and the favorite desk is always suggested first when available - saves so much time. Also helpful is the very reliable SSO integration. What do you dislike about Robin? The permission model could be more granular. At present we have like 100 admins and everyone else is not - simply to have two levels of booking in advance - restricted to two weeks or whenever. This restriction should be role based.
