I have never been so frustrated!
I have never been so frustrated with one company! I went to set-up the app on a new phone and accidentally entered the wrong password. That flagged my account. I waited a while, thinking it would resolve itself. Nope. Called customer service. I was told a higher level person would get back to me. Nope. Went through it again twice. Nope. Nope. Finally, got an email asking for specific pics. Nothing. Did it again, was told they weren't clear enough. Still waiting. I think I've gone through ...

Been hearing about robinhood. I signed up with your company but you dont have Shibba on your list, quite weird tho, Because THE MARKETING TEAM seems to be outdated!Look at the your stock price, fell from 40$ all the way down to $34. Robinhood is a scam. Here's why:-they lure you in with a "free" stock but require you to make a purchase/send in money ($1 minimum) AND link to an existing bank account to get it (requiring logins, verifications, the whole nine yards)-they do not allow you to opt out of Robinhood emails if you have an open account (which is illegal; all emails must have an opt-out option, per US law)-they do not allow you to close your account if you have funds in it... which would be normal, except in ...
