What do you like best? I like to be able to easily track my competitors social pages in an easy dashboard and set it up with the information I need. I also like that I can incorporate my FB ads manager into the platform to pull owned ad data in. What do you dislike? I would love to see more functionality with ads from competitors. Great tool for benchmarking your social performance.

What do you like best? I really like how clear and easy to use the platform is. The downloadable PDFs and Powerpoint formats are also very useful. The way the numbers are presented are very easy to understand, even for those not familiar with social media. What do you dislike? I wish that I could export the raw data as a CSV or excel file. What do you like best? Landscape comparison is the best feature that RivalIQ has, with that you can see at once how your brand is doing in relevant terms against competition What do you dislike? Rival IQ prices are out of the market, and even worst they do not respect previous agreement with loyal users that have been with them for years.
