Good business social comparison program

What do you like best? My job is mostly b2b, but is trying to expand as b2c. Rival IQ allows us to compare social media trends between not only our top b2b competitors but b2c as well. It allows us to gauge the temperature of what our competitors are posting and use that as things to remember when we figure out our social media calendar. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Simple to use and understand. It's great for being able to get an understanding of a companies competitive social landscape. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Everything about this product is necessary. See when your competitors boost a post, see when they are receiving unusual attention, and get email alerts when you are doing particularly well (or badly for that matter). What do you like best? I can easily and quickly see how my org stacks up to competitors. Also, I can set up custom reports and custom alerts that notify me of what my competition is doing in real-time. Additionally, the interface is easy to use. What do you dislike? Great tool for high level competitor insights in the social space

What do you like best? I like to be able to easily track my competitors social pages in an easy dashboard and set it up with the information I need. I also like that I can incorporate my FB ads manager into the platform to pull owned ad data in. What do you dislike? I would love to see more functionality with ads from competitors.
