What do you like best about Riva? Riva interacts seamlessly with our SugarCRM system to archive all emails and link them to the correct accounts & contacts. This provides a complete 360 view of the customer's current situation and recent touchpoints. Within Customer Success when handling a large number of accounts it is very worthwhile understanding the other involved members of the team to avoid bombarding the client.

"Great Customer Service"

What do you like best about Riva? The customer service team is fantastic. They are very quick to respond and resolve any issues that you may have. Even if they can't work on or solve your issue immediately, they will let you know that your ticket has been received and that someone will work on it as soon as they can. I appreciate this as it is transparent and helps to manage expectations.

What do you like best about Riva? The customer service team is fantastic. They are very quick to respond and resolve any issues that you may have. What do you like best about Riva? Basic setup is so easy to integrate between 2 systems within couple of minutes. The support desk is very friendly and knowledgeable to review any issue and provide a solution very fast. Multiple RIVA instance can be reside in a single server with interfering each other. Any business specific customization required, RIVA support team helped as per your need.
