What I like the best is that Riskified, always explains really well why is declining the transaction, Or if the customer is linked to fraudulent activity, existing customers, either by email address, phone, IP address or in Riskified network. What do you like best about Riskified? Excellent tool to spot fraudulent transactions. The platform is quite intuitive and can be learned in a day. Riskified had made us a couple of training during the first days to learn to use all the features.

What do you like best about Riskified? Riskified is practically set it and forget it. Before deciding I figured out how much time I was spending researching each order. Then I looked at how much money we were loosing by having to decline orders due to lazy information supplied being inaccurate. Its a no brainer.. Use riskified and don't worry! Riskified allows me to accept orders I never would have in the past.. even incorrect billing information supplied.

What do you like best about Riskified? We have used Riskified for approximately 3 years and have seen a dramatic reduction in our chargebacks and fraud. We trust their analysis of our orders and only fulfill order based on their recommendation. If any chargebacks do occur they immediately step in and refund the orders which they approved / insured.
