Completely useless
Completely useless. Marks random orders as fraud and makes online shopping nearly impossible. Absolute trash. I tried to order something through one of the websites that uses them, got flagged for fraud and didn't get to finish my order. I'm now reconsidering wether or not it is worth it having to go through this process just to get a few items online. There must be a better way to increase security in online shopping.

What do you like best about Riskified? I love their personal and quick service, I have seen them going beyond and above to help us and always willing to do something for their customers. They are very helpful when we try to verify additional information regarding chargebacks and KPIs.

"Great Product for an high level of ecommerce"
What do you like best about Riskified? The best is the flexibility to customize your suitable sistem. You can select which level of control you want, but also the system can balance itself with the data you are sharing, so if you are able to share a lot of info on customers, returns,... the system will work in the best way.
