"Great Product for an high level of ecommerce"

What do you like best about Riskified? The best is the flexibility to customize your suitable sistem. You can select which level of control you want, but also the system can balance itself with the data you are sharing, so if you are able to share a lot of info on customers, returns,... the system will work in the best way.

What do you like best about Riskified? Riskified's technology is easy to understand and evaluates fraud quickly to minimize impact to downstream operations (collecting funds, shipping orders, etc).

What do you like best about Riskified? Riskified alleviates our worry about fraudulent orders and does all of the screening for us. There have been numerous times where fraudulent orders have been placed, but Riskified immediately declines/cancels them so we do not have to deal with an eventual chargeback. Their customer support has also been extremely helpful in resolving any questions or issues that we came across during the order filtering/screening process.

What do you like best about Riskified? I like that Riskfied was able to reduce our fraudulent transaction rate and also saved us a lot of time that we can now invest in helping our customer instead of worrying about frauds. Also, it's easy to visualize why a transaction got denied.

What do you like best about Riskified? We are covered against fraudulent transactions - most of the time Riskified will block them for us, but on the occasions that they are let through we can claim the charge back from Riskified

What do you like best about Riskified? I like the recently added ability to reviews flagged orders in seconds, this makes the conversation with customers a lot easier as they no longer have to wait several hours for insight into whether their order can be approved.
