"Creates excellent client conversations"

What do you like best? It's hard to say what the best is. They were the first with real risk tolerance analysis and from what I've seen, they're still the leader. They continue to innovate and add value for advisors. They've gone from a service I used to measure a client's risk tolerance to being one of the three software tools I couldn't live without. What do you like best? It is great being able to quantify your portfolio and match it to clients risk tolerance. Risk tolerance is an art and a science. Riskalyze makes the client conversation easier to conduct. We consistently use it to get client scores and we also use it to back test our own internal models for a risk number. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Great technology and interface. Easy for both the advisor and clients to understand a difficult concept for so many years What do you dislike? So far, nothing. customer service has been tremendous and always willing to assist with items and scenarios we encounter. What problems are you solving with the product? "A Service that works poorly at best"

What do you like best? The best part of the service is the sales presentation from the sales people. What do you dislike? The documentation does not work well, data input is difficult at best, to get the most out of the service you have to continually purchase the add ins, if you try to cancel the service you receive a threat they will submit "breach of contract" to FINRA, they do an auto annual renewal without notification. The questionnaire that Riskalyze provides for clients to use creates great client engagement and provides an excellent visual for them based on real numbers of growth or decline of their portfolio, providing real examples of how certain market events could alter their total assets.
