"its somewhat easy to navigate"
What do you like best about Rippling? its easy to navigate , even for somebody who is not too computer savy . What do you dislike about Rippling? too many popups and confusing which page to go to . What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I havent solved any problems . but I know all the information is there , I just have to find it . I dont like all the personal information out there .

"Intuitive and smooth, does everything you need"
What do you like best about Rippling? As an individual contributor, I use Rippling for all my PTO requests and basically anything related to HR. It's very intuitive to get the info I want and I love it What do you dislike about Rippling? Not many downsides, honestly can't think of much. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? As an IC, it allows me to quickly access any HR related things like PTO, company calendars, and our organizational structure

What do you like best about Rippling? Love the Dashboard It's so easy to find anything since it's all in one place. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing. Everything has seems great so far. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to access Insurance Information, Time off requests etc..

"Made back office stuff an easy product"
What do you like best about Rippling? It's an app that has an intuitive interface. Everything is under the one roof and it makes managing all of the non-work stuff a breeze. "Very user friendly"
What do you like best about Rippling? I love the ease of use and the user interface. What do you dislike about Rippling? I think the app could use some work. It doesn't have all the features of the website. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling handles all of our benefits as well as our time off request.

"Rippling is easy as pie"
What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is very convienient for checking pay stubs, clocking in, checkin hours, verifying health insurance and so much more. What do you dislike about Rippling? I do not have any downsides to using Rippling at the moment. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling helps me find my check stubs easily. It benefits me when I need to show a pay stub at certain places.

"Experience as a manager"
What do you like best about Rippling? I really like how easy it is to use Rippling as a manager - approving time off, checking PTO balances, approving time worked, being able to edit time. What do you dislike about Rippling? I have not noticed anything that I have disliked. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about Rippling? I like Rippling, because I can easily find what I need in the software. What do you dislike about Rippling? I think Rippling needs to increase the ability to use the search bar to find what I need. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling helps me keep all of my documentation up-to-date, as well as keeping the payroll up-to-date.

"Intuitive and efficient"
What do you like best about Rippling? It's easy to find what I'm looking for and complete tasks. It takes all the guesswork out of managing HR tasks as an employee and new hire. What do you dislike about Rippling? Only that I can never remember the name when I need to log in! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving me a one-stop shop for many different HR use cases.
