What do you like best about Rippling? As a small business without a dedicated HR or IT department, it's a good backbone for managing and paying employees and their IT assets. I like that they will deploy computers if needed. What do you dislike about Rippling? The flow of using and adding apps wasn't intuitive initially, but it makes sense to me now. "Easy to use, straight forward, lovely interface"
What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is brand new for me, wonderful first impression. The dashboard is clean and clear. I found it very easy to use. I was able to jump right into selecting my benefits, without spending a lot of time figuring things out. What do you dislike about Rippling? Overall really enjoy Rippling. My only tiny hiccup was during the open enrollment; I had a month to select my benefits and make changes. I made my selection but need to make a change soon after. ...
