What do you like best about Rippling? Honestly, Rippling is one of the best tools that my company uses for HR. It provides me single sign-on access to other tools, provides easy links to access my health insurance, submit my time off requests, etc. It's just so easy to navigate. What do you like best about Rippling? The most helpful is the online training and reminders of the training to make sure you comply. What do you dislike about Rippling? If I am being picky I wish the app was more robust. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? To my knowledge we have had no issues.

What do you like best about Rippling? It's comprehensive and well organized and the support provided is far and above what we got from our previous provider. What do you like best about Rippling? Best health insurance help! They made picking a plan an easy, hands on experience. What do you dislike about Rippling? A lot of the features we were initially told about aren't in the platform yet. You also can only see your own team's birthdays and anniversaries instead of company-wide What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? People management in a centralized place, less third party sites!
