I wish we didn't even have to use Greenhouse and could use RM for everything. What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about RippleMatch? I really enjoy their AutoMatch feature. We have an idea of what our ideal candidate is and RippleMatch gives us the ability to narrow down our candidate pool, allowing for higher quality candidates. What do you dislike about RippleMatch? Candidates are less active after graduation season so we see a slight dip in matches due to the nature of seasonality when hiring college graduates.
