What do you like best about RippleMatch? Ripplematch has the most user-friendly platform for college recruitment. You can manually set it up or have one of your account managers help. What do you like best about RippleMatch? Unique and diverse candidate pool. . What do you dislike about RippleMatch? No integration with our ATS. . What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you? Finding highly qualified, diverse candidates for our entry level tech positions. Products are really easy to use and train our staff on. We've had a great qualified application rate and acceptance rate this fall.

I loved automated sourcing–since I was managing a team and also doing a fair amount of sourcing and interviewing myself, it cut down on the time I spend reviewing irrelevant resumes. Every week our contact there would give us a selection of qualified, diverse candidates who already had been contacted, and all I had to do was schedule their interviews.
