"Worst onboarding & lies on pricing"

Everything else: 1- Broken onboarding: They had a bug and I had to wait for the technical team just to start a free trial. 2- Bad customer service & sales team: They blocked my account after the free trial without any notification on how to become a paid customer or about my account being blocked. What do you like best about Ringover? I love the price for inlimited calls to a hundred of destinations. C'est simple d'utilisation et pratique grâce au lien avec la CRM. What do you dislike about Ringover? Recevoir les photos, carte de visite, MMS. What problems is Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you? Recherche d'appels, enregistrements d'appels pour pouvoir réécouter la conversation et être plus précis dans nos compte rendus.

What do you like best about Ringover? Tout d'abord l'application est fluide et facile d'utilisation. Je l'utilise en tant que Customer Care tous les jours. Le fait que l'application dispose de fonctionnalités comme les rapports et l'intégration à notre CRM nous a facilité le travail.
