Real experience with Ringcentral

I really want to say something after I read all these bad reviews regarding Ringcentral's customer service level and scam on the credit cards. Did you guys actually used their service or did you guys really dealing with the real Ringcentral?I had almost a month's experience with them, the only thing I don't like is with a two-year contract the price is still very high compare to other VOIP companies. The team was efficient

The team was efficient, professional and extremely helpful in getting the service started. They also tested the lines to make sure that they were working. GREAT JOB...!!! When we expand our service next year we are staying with Ring Central.
