What do you like best? Great user interface on web and mobile app. Excellent phone call routing and forwarding options. What do you dislike? Does not allow playback of voice calls on mobile app for Android phones; only available through website or Apple mobile app. No SMS capabilities with vanity or toll-free numbers. Please consider other companies. Ringcentral is not transparent on how they do business

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I honesty can not think of much. Hardware, service, and cost were all below average. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The hardware that they sold me all malfunctioned. All my phones were desktop devices and broke in under three years. We are not abusive to our phones, and I purchased three phones that all malfunctioned. Ring Central would not stand behind their product and required me to buy all new equipment. ...

Fantastic Phone service

What do you like best? I like that I am not tied to my desk to get phone calls. I have used other VOIP solutions and their mobile app has far more features than any of the ones I have used. The only reason I use my desk phone is because I have a great headset for it, but now that I have a great headset for my iPhone, I may start using it more. Ring Central

What do you like best? This is extremely helpful when making work calls, and even more importantly when I have to make business calls over seas. What do you dislike? I don't like that is constantly signs me out and makes me relog in every single time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using ring central I am ablt to quickly and effeciently make business calls, call over seas, send texts if needed, among many other great things.

Too Bulky

What do you like best? I like the Glip application features. It is nice to be able to send internal and external messages from one app. The meetings are pretty good as well, I like the ability to take control of one's screen. What do you dislike? I do not like that it does not have traditional PBX functions such as ring groups(hunt groups) and that there are too many apps. There is Glip, Meetings, RC for Google, and RingCentral Phone. Ring Central is a customer service disaster

What do you like best? When it works, it works pretty well. They have lots of features when they work. Heaven help you if you have a problem, however. What do you dislike? Ring Central does very little to support their customers. You'll run a gauntlet of hidden charges, careless account managers, and people who barely English. Effective but Costly

What do you like best? I like most the ability to use the platform on a mobile device in addition to hardwiring What do you dislike? The application is very glitchy and does not sync well. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure about what your needs are before deciding to use RC What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good way to communicate with customers

What do you like best? Ring Central is fairly easy to use and a good way to communicate with customers. I have a remote position and am able to connect with customers clear across the country very effectively. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are poor connections, delays in lines, too quick of transitions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Without Ring Central, I would not be able to get my job completed effectively.

What do you like best? I do like the access from anywhere. Its useful, but its not intuitive.
