We are new to Ring Central and recently set up a new system with them for our e-commerce division of the company. We were assigned an account representative and we started to work on the system per our needs with them. Long story short is we went live in January 2020. Phone number stolen?????
We run a local business and have used Ring Central for years and we need to switch asap unless they fix our problems immediately. Recently people have been calling us and saying that we called them to collect money and we have never called them. We have got about 20 calls in the last 3 days like this and it is not only bad for business and our reputation, but someone out there is using our phone number to call people. How does this happen? What is going on?

Product works OK, but customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!
My company has been a customer for just over a year. I have found them very difficult to deal with. Their system does not do several of the features we paid extra for when signing up, but they won't refund the money since it is after their grace period. It took months for their tech people to conceded the system can't do that. If you are looking for a system that works fine, you'll be content with RingCentral. WORST experience ever
WORST experience ever! Any good reviews were probably bought. Terrible, I have never experienced such horrible customer service. It took 3 days and over 6 phone calls, and 10 emails, and they still would not cancel my over priced fax service. I used it once, and they gave me the biggest hassle about canceling, it was maddening.

If I could leave 0 Star I would!!
If I could leave 0 Stars, I would. This company is the worst. They nickle and dime you for everything. All support is off shore. and your stuck in a contract. Then when you want to leave, they charge you to send back their phone that they have charged you $20 bucks a month for 4 years. Horrible!!!. Use anything but them!!!Update: the canned "we are going to do nothing" responce should be an indicator of how much they value their clients.

Customer Support is HORRIBLE and…
Customer Support is HORRIBLE and incompetent!!! Escalated Technical Support on the other hand is PHENOMENAL!!! If Customer Support had 10% of the Escalated Technical Support knowledge they would be 1000x better than they are now which is DEPLORABLE!!! With that said I own a small business with 2 offices in 2 different states. We have been using RingCentral for 2 yrs and the system works great! They would get 5 stars if Customer Support wasn't so damn bad!!!

We have been a loyal Ringcentral…
We have been a loyal Ringcentral Customer for almost 9 years. We were using their Ringcentral Professional Plan, which they offered until December 2019. Suddenly, we have received "transition Emails" that they will change our plans to their Ringcentral office plan and that we will start getting billed about 10x as much as before. We have alot extensions which we used in the past with their "unlimited extensions" plan and now the monhtly costs would be from about $40 to more then $1000. ...

Impossible to Cancel
I run a nonprofit that serves the poor and addicted. We've been with RingCentral since 2013 with their RingCentral Office product.I've been trying to cancel one of our lines because we no longer have anyone in that position. There service was ok
There service was ok, but the feature set was lacking, so we decided to cancel. I almost had to hire an attorney to cancel the service. It was by far the most intentionally horrendous cancelation experience I’ve had in my 45 years on this planet.It would’ve been easier to get a divorce. Do not sign a contract with this terrible firm.
