Disappointing service to start and now…

Disappointing service to start and now during a challenging business time, during Cornonavirus Work From Home, they're making it more challenging by going down and disrupting business flow by not letting my clients join meetings. Clients use our Ring Central conference links and it says "waiting for host to start the meeting" when we've already started the meeting. We're fine not getting a refund, but they need to let us out of our contract without penalty so we can go about our business ...

This company is terrible to deal with

This company is terrible to deal with. We did our trial and decided not to use them and they continued to bill us for 6 months even though we did not sign a contract. We also were suppose to get a label to send the phones back it was never provided

Zero stars would be more appropriate

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Impossible to cancel account and service. This company is just a billing machine. Customer service non existent. As soon as you want to downgrade your service, the run around begins and doesn't end.

I wish I could give them no stars

I wish I could give them no stars. My company used Ringcentral for several years. The service was always glitchy - poor quality calls, dropped calls, etc. The customer service is terrible. 100% do not recommend. We have switched to Zoom cloud phone and it is fantastic.

Impossible to Cancel

I've been trying to cancel this service for months, every time I call I'm put into a queue with hold music. Every 5 minutes, a recording comes on telling me that there is a "1 - 2 minute wait" or I can leave a message. I usually let it hold for 15 - 20 minutes before leaving a message. I never heard back, so I opened a ticket online. Someone emailed me about the ticket and told me to call this number and this extension. Every time I call, it goes directly to voicemail. RingCental Is the New Cable Company of Office Telecom

RingCental has always had shaky service and a poorly designed website. But they just raised prices by more than 50%, and they won't let you cancel service unless you wait on hold for 20+ minutes (this violates CA SB 313, which requires companies offering auto-renewals to enable disconnection by website or email).Give them a miss.Edit: Their reply below is classic misdirection. If you want to cancel your account

If you want to cancel your account, they make it almost impossible. I am currently on-hold after having selected "cancel my account" in their phone tree. My wait time has under the past 30 minutes I have been on hold increased from the original 10 mins to 21 mins and keeps going up. I was with Ringcentral for years and my contract has long expired. A phone system that is buggy and a company that doesn't care about customers

A phone system that is buggy, drops on customers and is not built for any serious company with real customers. This is a company that has an auto-renew yearly contract with month to month payments and when service and support go out the windows and the phone system doesn't work, you are still locked into a contract.

Sales department will spam you

Don't give them your phone number or email address! They will call and write and call again! I'm super angry especially because I asked them to stop contacting me and the day after I got another call! Annoying and desperate spammy tactics.
