worse than horrible service, No service
I recently signed up for service for a secure phone line to hold phone sessions with patients. The sales rep at first very informative, so I paid for 2 services: phone and video chat.The phone works “ok” but often disconnects mid session. I couldn’t get the video service to work at all. Do Not Sign Up for RC
My company has been with RingCentral since 2013. Last year our business building blew up in a gas explosion (for real) and when I called to ask about cancelling lines, I was told I couldn't because our contact had auto-renewed for another 24 months. Stuck paying $300 per month with no phones to use. Honestly some of the worst customer…
Honestly some of the worst customer service experience I've ever endured.Their phone service and features are all nice, sure, but when you can't even upgrade your account and get the ball rolling because of multiple peoples neglagence it becomes irrelevant. I honestly wish I would have canceled sooner, I wish I would have just signed up with another service provider. This experience is the worst I've had with any provider in years. The 800 number I purchased never worked…
The 800 number I purchased never worked for more than a week and calling Ringcentral too correct the problem was only met with false solutions and at most the number working for 2 or 3 days. Customer service is just a s bad as the service itself. The website and rep was misleading when I purchased the 800 number telling me my number won't be available for 2 weeks for use only after I paid for the service. Small business scammers from the Philippines
They give you a great starting rate, then when the contract renews, they hit you up with a 400% increase. The service constantly goes down and each week I get a new account manager because I complain too much. I am paying $400/month for 3 users!

I have been with Ringcentral since 2010
I have been with Ringcentral since 2010. It used to be a good company, innovative, good support, fair pricing. Recently they have been hard to reach, and pricing has increased considerably. I am looking to switch.

It's a real challenge to deal with Ring…
UPDATE: I would just like to point out that after dealing with RingCentral and signing a contract. It really means nothing. Highly unethical company to deal with that simply cannot be trusted. It's a real challenge to deal with Ring Central. Low level staff make it very time consuming to get simple requests completed. You are better off avoiding their support all together.

Price gouging greedy and not fantastic
I have been a customer of Ring Central since 2016. Suddenly this month (without notice or explanation) my fees just increased by nearly 25% for no apparent reason.Upon inquiry I was told it is a price alignment and my package is no longer available. Did not seem to care about my long customer relationship. Tried to up-sell me all designed to extort more money out of me... Not at all pleased with a company that does this kind of thing. I am looking for alternatives

Great company
Great company, great customer support. I ported away 3 numbers from a company that was horrible on their best day. I recommend them to anyone looking for greatphone service at a very reasonable cost.
