don't get ring central
this is absolutely disgusting. i have been put on hold and hung up on so many times by the ring central staff that it seems like they are told to do this. i have been a customer since 2004 and they have just increased my cost from $30 per month to over $180 and when you try to talk to them they hang up.if you have not got ring central and you are looking to get it i suggest that you go to another company. they are not a fair company and they rip you off and hang up on you .UPDATEso ring ...

Stay away from RingCentral
Stay away from RingCentral - I posted a review on February 28th expressing my extreme frustration with the inability to cancel the account. I have repeatedly been assured (after waiting for hours on the phone) that this account was cancelled. I have asked for email confirmation and never actually get one. Ring central is a SCAM!!! Not only are their tech support people overseas with limited English and technical abilities, they will disconnect you when they cant help you AND id you can get a supervisor they will credit your account to keep your business and then charge you OVER 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF YOUR BILL!!! DO NOT USE RING CENTRAL! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR A U.S. BASED AND SERVICED COMPANY or your phone number will be USELESS ON ALL OF YOUR MARKERING MATERIALS!!!

This company is a bunch of crooks
This company is a bunch of crooks. DO NOT USE. They steal money form their customers and try and lock them into contracts. We called to cancel our service 30 days in advance of our renewal. We were told we do not need to call as contract is month top month. After trying to close, we were informed the contract renewed and were were locked into a new 12 month agreement. The are completely dishonest. Buyer beware. DO not sign up with this company!

Not worth the headache
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! No follow through, or follow up with issues. We cancelled our accounts, and are still being charged hundreds of dollars per month every month...(we cancelled in November 2019 and it's now April 29th 2020)... We have been following up for months on the recurring charges on our credit card and no support, answers, or even a response to emails or phone messages. Horrible customer service
We have been with Ring Central since 2014 and we do not have a problem with their products. However, their customer service is by far the WORST of any industry. We didn’t realize this until recently because we’ve never had to call. Every time we need help with our account they tell us we need to speak with our account manager (the account manager changes every time we call and they’re never available by the way). USE SOMEONE ELSE! This used to be a great fax service. I used them for years-but they kept increasing the cost to double! They have other priorities now (phone service)- and forget about cancelling! You can NEVER reach an agent-and if you do, they can't help you, don't understand your service request, and forget trying to cancel or get a refund--and then they have a BAD attitude and give you too many hoops to go through. AVOID THIS SERVICE. ZERO Customer Service.

On 4/17/2020 4:42 pm MST I called RingCentral to cancel my account due to the rate increase. The customer service representative asked why was cancelling and I told her that I hardly use the service. The team was efficient
The team was efficient, professional and extremely helpful in getting the service started. They also tested the lines to make sure that they were working. GREAT JOB...!!! When we expand our service next year we are staying with Ring Central.
