With Ring Central for 2 years

With Ring Central for 2 years. I was ok with the performance. But nothing stellar. Fairly cheap. Customer service is all overseas. Not impressed at all. Clueless people following scripts. Hung up multiple times when trying to cancel. Was it a system problem... ha think about that

Look at other Companies

Poor performance is endemic. Previous post showed the failures at at initial implementation. Product support scores low as well. RingCentral software is slow and fails to live up to what they promise. Finally after a few months we are now getting hit with overcharges because our rep stuck us in a plan that was not comparable to our prior vendor.The reply below is testament to the self serve culture at Ringcentral. Utterly useless, overpriced and unresponsive support

I have been trying to get my Ring Central account downgraded as it is woeful poor and rarely works so I really dont need it. After promising by phone to credit me 1 free month back onto my credit card, all they did was immediately charge me again for another month. I have complained and complained multiple times but never get a reply. I am utterly fed up with Ring Central.

Real experience with Ringcentral

I really want to say something after I read all these bad reviews regarding Ringcentral's customer service level and scam on the credit cards. Did you guys actually used their service or did you guys really dealing with the real Ringcentral?I had almost a month's experience with them, the only thing I don't like is with a two-year contract the price is still very high compare to other VOIP companies. Makes it harder to get voice mail, and it can't set up your speed dial

The idea behind RingCentral is good, but in actuality all it does is make it harder to get your voice mail. Plus they are NOT ABLE TO ADD NUMBERS TO YOUR SPEED DIAL - not sure why they can't do that.Was VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service I received, but I called during off-peak hours - 8:00 PM.

Cannot cancel! Don't give them your CC!

I've tried to cancel our account for months - they won't stop charging the credit card and continue to demand I wait on hold forever to cancel. Don't use. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nice when you know how to use it.

What do you like best? We mostly use RingCentral to communicate with our customers. When one person cannot answer the question or needs some help, it is extremely nice to hop onto the call, listen to the customer directly, and be able to "whisper" and talk to them while they're talking to the customer. This helps the problem or request get solved faster. Linking RC to our CRM allows us to take specific notes about the call and be able to look back at it in the future. This prevents ...
