Frustrated business owner
I have a small law office with myself and 2 part-time assistants who often work offsite online and answering phones. I used Ring Central successfully and without any issues for approximately 2 years. About 2 months ago our lines stopped ringing. By that I mean, the phone lines would not ring and callers would go straight to voicemail. Worst IP company ever!!
I spoke to Bryan from Ext 0248 he is not based in America and low and behold nobody from their cancellation department is. I spent multiple days and hours on the phone trying to come up with a resolution on cancelling this service. They do not make it aware you are signing up for a 2 YEAR COMMITMENT when you start services there. They rope and dope you into a contract, then it has an auto renewal clause in it. They want over $1000 to cancel my account, I would understand a fee of 100-200 ...

Everything a small office needs to make a big office impression
What do you like best? This is the whole package. You have telephone service with hold music, faxing service, conference line, texting and Live Meeting/Webinar all branded with your company logo. Now they have added an app that is for your team so you can stay connected via chat/calendar/documents and more. Terrible and messy company
Terrible and messy company. Keep looking elsewhere.On-boarding us was sloooow (4 weeks and not done now), broken forms, broken credit card process, very slow responses from sales and support (1-2 days between each correspondence). Number transfer was broken, then sort of working, multiple notifications without any change, still waiting for number to port (of course now they blame the other providers).For developers: API is the most annoying systems I encountered in 20 years. During my trial
During my trial, I tried to get assistance with the features not working and all I could get was their chatbox. So when my trial was ending I told them to cancel and not charge my card and well they did so i have spent the last three days trying to get the account canceled and the charges reversed. Should have read trust pilot reviews before getting started.

Beware beware beware
I tried signing up online. Was fine until the verification code. It would not take the codes it sent. Tried 3 times and it said invalid. Then call the sales. They sent me to the IT department. They were unable to understand or fix problem. Can not imagine doing major business when they can not solve this simple problem imagine a busy day 20 -50 calls and you have a problem. Money and time are valuable.

One of the worst services out there
One of the worst services out there. Once you sign up good luck cancelling. There is no such function on their portal and the support tickets will tell you to contact your so called Account Manager that you didn't even know existed. Tickets will be closed with no help.Horrible customer support and deceiving practices. STAY CLEAR

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. When asking for a refund and cancellation the customer service agent refused. They then questioned my competency and ability to contact customer support and then repeatedly asked questions I had previously answered. I will not consider working with this company again.
