Never buy into ring central, waste of money

Never buy into ring central, support is terrible and takes forever to do anything, they are literally useless, been on the phone and live chat for hours with no luck, wasted 300 dollars on phones that dont work on their service, paid 300 more dollars for phones from ring central specifically. and they still dont work, this is the worst experience ive ever had with any service and I will definitely never try anything with this company again, DO NOT BUY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND A SCAM

Sign with this company at your own risk!

Not only would I never recommend this company to anyone, including my worst enemy, I would strongly and adamantly discourage anyone from doing business with RingCentral. Too many issues to go into here, because I don't have the time, but did want to add my words of caution to the cacophony of others so doing. I had a very pleasant experience today…

I had a very pleasant experience today with ring central. the representative went above and beyond to explain the whole desktop and how to maneuver and also the app. I have been able to use everything with more confidence and understanding.

Worst customer service ever.

We were trying to set up a video conf system for mental health. While thier technology worked ok, thier customer service was horrible. They would litterally hang up on us in the middle off a call. They would bounce us around to agent to agent, no call backs. One time we could barely hear the agent because of roosters crowing in the back ground.. We never got the certification we needed from them. Dont waste time , pay the extra for Zoom or some other service. Thank God they never got our ...

Account manager is awesome, support is incompetent

Account manager is awesome, service and support could literally not be more useless. 3 weeks and countless hours with their team trying to fix the phones they supplied to no avail, a 5min chat with the manufacturer is enough for me to know they weren't setup correctly and we had them fixed within another 10. The product is actually pretty great but do not in any way rely on their support to resolve issues, you will waste a significant amount of time

Beware small businesses.

I signed up with RingCentral in April, tried to cancel within a month because of COVID-19 and was told to stay longer with a discount because "maybe things will change."Well, things haven't changed AND now that it's after 30 days, they refuse to help because I'm trying to cancel after 30 days. Is this legal? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not allow you to cancel by making it extremely difficult and time consuming by accidentally hanging up on you and being transferred to one person to another who never get your issue resolved. I don't have time for this!!!! They do this on purpose and should be punished for their predatory tactics!!!!!!

Works anywhere and super simple

What do you like best? Ease of installation of applications on mobile devices for our employees working remotely, also how the integration is very good at connecting to our office phones via the console. A really scummy company - Avoid them

Exactly as everyone else is saying. They are a scummy company. Over bill you or raise your prices out of the blue. I went with a contract to lock in prices but deep in the huge contract hidden inside large paragraphs of seemingly unimportant text is verbiage that says we can add lines and features any time we want but they can't be removed.Due to covid, we laid off a bunch of employees.
