WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I asked for a specific phone setup for accomodate, and was told it was possible. An hour into setup, the rep floated a "less expensive" version I said no to, and explained why. I spent 3 hours myself, and another 4 hours by my secretary, only to be repeatedly forwarded to the same rep who said "So? It would be cheaper this way." Don’t use this carrier!
They bait and switch my account rep to a person I can’t understand. Customer service if terrible and 95 out of 100 times they can’t help you, giving you different excuses or flat out lying to your face. I am on the 3 months of trying to port my numbers way from them, as they keep rejecting the porting. This company used to be great.
This company used to be great about 15 years ago. Not any more. Jennifer Joy Gella Chua is just one more example of the practices of management. The reviews on here regarding billing are accurate. They change your service without your permission, raise your rates by as much as 300%; and, when you finally get a hold of someone in billing that claims to have corrected the problem and will refund the difference, the next bill is even more. Run as fast as you can!
When we first signed up the reviews at that time were still decent, however customer service is horrible. Also, in order to cancel and keep your phone #, you have to first port the number to a new carrier and they will delay it for weeks and then refuse to cancel your account because they caused the delays and it automatically renewed since they delayed phone transfer for over a month. The US team is just as bad as the UK…
The US team is just as bad as the UK team it seems. .co.uk, and .com doesn't really matter who you contact they are all poor at responding and the support does not exist. I signed a 2 year contract in 2013 and it's now 2020. Tech support has been brutal and a person does everything possible in his/her power to NOT call them for help. worst company to deal with, tech support will only break stuff more, u feel like calling them is a dreaded experience that i prefer to avoid as much as passable and sadly i need to call them to often please stay away
