RingCentral Mobile is Easy to Use
I have used multiple cloud-based mobile apps and RingCentral is very easy to use. The mobile app even has team messaging, video meetings and internet faxing so it's not just a mobile phone app. I can check my voice messages, send a business SMS all while on the go. I'm no longer tied to my home office and I don't have to worry about ever missing a work call!

Stay away from Ring Central- Shady Shady Shady
Stay away from this company- Pathetic!I wish I could say anything positive about Ring Central- but from start to cancellation it was an absolute gong show. Signed up (sales person was actually very responsive), then my onboarding was with a man who had absolutely no interest in actual training on the platform. Rude and unprofessional. Not worth it, not even close.
Interface - not intuitive.Customer service - terrible. Last encounter, person hung up. And she had my call back number.Price - used to be competitive, now outrageous.

Worst service EVER experienced
Worst service EVER experienced. Failed to provide a dedicated fax line and was to credit us. Credit never received and upon yearly renewal insisted we pay for a line they failed to provide. To top it off, our c/c was declined (as a new card was issued when it was compromised) and instead of calling us, emailing us or providing any communication whatsoever, they simply turned off our business line, rendering our company dead in the water. The worst company to deal with
The worst company to deal with, I've cancelled the services 3 months ago and they have sent me an email that my account has been deferred during Covid and that I have to pay that invoice to avoid collection. I've sent 3 emails to them, tried to call. No response. STAY AWAY FROM THEM - CROOKS.

RingCentral made switching to all remote workforce a non-issue
What do you like best? Ease of setup and the speed of setup. Our company went from a 2 office, 150 employee company with 16 offices in 6 countries, with over 1500 employees in 36 months. RingCentrals ease of deployment and use, was a great benefit during this growth time. What do you dislike? Their billing can be very confusing. I've been with RingCentral now for 6 months and based on my experience I would give them a 4.0 - 4.25. Since there were so many negative comments let me respond saying my negatives are mixed.There is a ton of resources on here. It is impressive. The thing that sucks is that there are lots of helpful resources including RincCentral university but when I look for stuff it's so hard to get my questions answered.That leads me to a strength.
